Comfortable ground floor apartment (33 m2) with private garden/barbecue and pool-spa access. Renovated in 2019, in a residential area. Adjacent to the owners' main residence (discreet couple 58-70 years old) on 2000 m2 of land. Ideally located between Nice and Cannes, near Valbonne, Grasse (perfumeries), Pont du Loup, 20 min to the sea, 1 hour to the mountains, 10 min to the 18-hole Valbonne golf course. Rentals from Saturday to Saturday except with prior agreement. "Sociable and well-behaved animals ;-)" are welcome.
