City centre: One room apt. (studio) on the 6th floor (elevator, don't worry) with big balcony overlooking one of the central lakes. All sights within walking distance. Sleeps two, but only if you love each other – the foldout-futon has been converted to a flat-bed with top mattress due to guests getting back-aches. 140 cm wide. Smoking on the balcony – only – is okay. And no, I don't have any more photos :-) Check-in and check-out at 11 noon unless other arrangements have been made.

Amager Beach and Park (Amager Strandpark) is also walking distance and is the perfect place for a stroll no matter the season. Watch people swim, paddle or windsurf or try yourself.

Bus line 5 that takes you all the way into Malmö Centrum (15-26 minutes). but also to Rosengård Tågstation (8 minutes) which takes you to Hylliestation and famous Emporia in 15 minutes and also to Malmö Central Station in 17 minutes. Med 300m från stranden är detta lilla välplanerade huset på 50kvm perfekt för parets semester eller för familjen med 2 vuxna och 2 yngre barn (2-12år). Närhet till kiosk, 2km till centrum med både service och restauranger, bio och affärer. Goda kommunikationer till både Malmö och Köpenhamn. För den som gillar kite-surfning finns det mycket att utforska. Eventuella husdjur bör hållas kopplade i trädgården vid utomhusvistelse då delar av staket saknas.
