The area in front of the house is a nature 2000 area with a very rich bird life, just a place for ornithologists. From the house there are lovely walks to Korshage or beautiful Dybesø. There is a bathroom/toilet. Kitchen in connection with a nice living room with a wood-burning stove. There is a nice outdoor terrace area and the property is a large natural plot of 2,000 sqm. (the property is not fenced). Located as the last house on a cul-de-sac.

The house is filled with charm, warmth and quirky details, and offers shelter, fireplace, large terrace, barbecue and wood stove.

The location is top notch with forest, grocery store, beach, street food, mini golf, inn and bus stop within 500 meters - it also means that the central location gives you the opportunity to always have an extra glass of wine🍷 for the food no matter what you want to spend the evening.

The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
