Vacation rentals with a firepit in Rosa Norte

New Accommodation, with all amenities for a vacation rental. The house is an apt with mezzanine, in a space with two other apts. There is visual privacy. We stay as a couple, but the house holds up to four people in a comfortable way. The site is removed, inside a well wooded condominium, without traffic noise. Still, in twelve minutes by car you arrive at the center where the bars and restaurants are located. Nádia was very friendly, helpful and the tips sent in her material were very helpful. I recommend your stay!

Very attentive and helpful Cassiane. Well organized and clean house. It has all basic utensils in the kitchen and bed and bath items. We had a little difficulty finding the house, as the streets have ports that leave in doubt the access. however it is quiet. For the beaches, a car is necessary. The nearest one is 1.5km +/- away. Mercado/Bakery is a long walk case for walking. I recommend it.

Hosting IS unique and exactly like in the pictures. Espaçosa, illuminated, cozy, ventilated... Very equipped kitchen. Internet worked well. Perfect house for long stays. It is in a very quiet region, with a wonderful lagoon at the back of the houses. Finally, the Kinza host is super helpful and kind. We recommend 100% and will be back for sure in a future opportunity.

The accommodation was amazing, both Ana and Enzo always very kind, the view from the amazing balcony, house was impeccable, we had everything we needed for our daily lives. We felt at home, the house very cozy.

UNSPECTABLE is the word that best describes my stay. Everything clean, organized, functional and cozy. The sea view is great, you can see much of the beach, and the breeze that blows from the sea is a delight! The accommodation is able to blend the calm of a retired neighbourhood and proximity to the city center. From the stay to the city centre was about 5 minutes by car, and the nearby beaches are also well accessible by car. The guide elaborated by Giulianno was great, it was able to direct which beaches to visit and, in particular, which restaurants. The nearby beach has an access trail next to the residence, but I recommend walking a little longer and going down the side street, especially if you are carrying the beach gears.

My experience and that of my friends was wonderful 💕✨️ the apartment is in a beautiful, wooded space, with various activities such as swimming pool, pool table and even volleyball court! The city was well beyond our expectation, and we want to come back more often!! Thanks Marcelo and Adriano for hospitality!! We highly recommend the space!!

Very nice place, great accommodations, as described. Host was very clear and objective in the guidelines. The preheated swimming pool is an attraction, the place is very beautiful and the area is quiet. For those seeking rest the place is perfect.

Amazing place. Dona Vera is an enlightened person, she treated us super well, as we did not have a 4x4 car, she was willing to pick us up and take us even when we did not ask. The cabin is beautiful, ideal for two people, the view is wonderful. We will definitely be back more often.

Very nice, beautiful, quiet and very well equipped place. The house is very beautiful, it has great areas of gardens, lawns, swimming pool with spa, swing and a direct access to the sweet lagoon. The neighborhood is quiet and quiet, and the house allows for good privacy. Also the house is very well equipped.
