Beautiful accommodation in the center of Rosario. Very warm, bright, modern, quiet and well-equipped apartment. Special mention to the two double beds (all the accommodations we evaluated had a single double and two single beds) Incredible cleaning, he owns lavarropas (we were very useful) and data no minor: netflix to see pelis (we touched days rainy) as we could take advantage of it. Fran was always attentive to what we needed and both check-in and check-out was super organized. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful secluded little house that felt like home. Sol was an amazing host who even got us breakfast on the first morning when it was storming heavily and we hadn't had the time to get groceries yet. Communication was great, the house was comfortable and the pool was a treat! Would definitely recommmend!

The host was very attentive to every need. The lodging is very large and has air conditioners and TVs in every room. The pool is spectacular and the area is very safe. I went with 7 friends and we felt very comfortable and with spaces. I'm coming back!!

Beautiful place to rest and enjoy, spacious and comfortable spaces, clean and quiet. Melina's attention was excellent!. The proximity to the beaches made us enjoy the sunsets. The spacious patio has a very nice green space. All the artifacts worked and all amenities were guaranteed. We'll be back!

To note: Very good apartment, with an unbeatable location, close to everything, a few blocks from downtown Rosario and only one block from the Paraná River. The owners are always very attentive, responding instantly, even in late hours. The building pool is excellent and has private security. Overall, highly recommended!

The best checking in experience, they speak english well. And check out as well, very welcoming, wonderful hosts. They give us excellent suggestions for restaurants. The apartment has clean, fluffy towels, toilet papers and beddings, the bed was comfortable and it has black out blinds, and ice in the freezer! It has a well equipped kitchen, walking distance to everywhere.

We spent a few beautiful days, the house is very comfortable, it is larger than what you see in the photos, we have many things that were already in the house, it is very equipped. It has everything designed to enjoy and be comfortable, . We were greeted explaining how everything works and were punctual at the departure and entry with what was agreed. It's a super quiet place, and if you need you have a supermarket La Reina nearby and at the same distance the shopping that is close to the airport.
