Enjoy the suberb location of this older style bedsit hideaway with full bathroom, bath, seperate toilet and small kitchenette. Attatched to the main house it has a completely private entrance. Bedsit doesn' face the ocean. You'll find nearby cafes for meals or can cook simple meals in the benchtop oven/ hotplates unit. Take one minute walk down to Guerilla Bay beach or enjoy stunning views from your own outside table in the front garden. Wallabys, echidnas and monitor lizards are common.

Malua Bay Beach Cottage

My place is a cosy original beach house. The cottage is a very homely small house with good character. Two verandas on which to relax & unwind depending on the time of day. Located close to several beaches, the closest being 200m down the road. Café 366 at Mosquito Bay. Malua Bay shops are a 2 min drive, includes supermarket, bottle shop, take away, butcher/deli/coffee, newsagent. Reverse cycle AC & portable fans supplied. If you're after a space to relax, then this is the place for you.

Bendos Beach House @ South Broulee

Renovated modern beach house in one of Broulee’s quietest cul-de-sacs. The house has direct access to a walking track metres from the front door to the patrolled section of South Beach Private outdoor shower and private outdoor gazebo. 8 metre heated mineral pool at back of house which is a shared space with the owner’s house at rear. In the warmer weather, book our free kayaks, and paddle 1km upriver to “Yaragee” the local swimming spot, or downriver into town for the more adventurous.

Broulee is a little slice of paradise on the south coast of NSW. This guest house is a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches. This brand new house has everything you need, whether relaxing or having fun. At the South end of the beach is Broulee Island where there is a rare pocket of littoral rainforest. Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.

Nets near the Beach is just three minutes walk to the beautiful Lilli Pilli Beach. There is also a great cafe just down the road. The property has reverse cycle air conditioning and unlimited WIFI. The house is open plan, flowing out to a large deck off the living area which provides plenty of room to entertain and have a barbeque. If you have children the deck can be latched and the backyard is fully enclosed.
