The living room leads to the ground floor terrace with direct access to the garden. The apartment was renovated in 2022 (except for the bathroom and toilet). The apartment is in the main building. The landlord's family with 3 children live above the apartment.

A wealth of leisure activities as well as a gourmet restaurant in the village offer something for every taste.

The lovely Sonnreith cabin is located in the mountain village of Spital/Pyhrn on the sunny slope with some neighboring houses. It is newly furnished and has a living area of 34 m² - many loving details were made by hand - very cozy. A fireplace and infrared heating provide pleasant warmth. There is underfloor heating in the anteroom and bathroom. The cabin is in a quiet, beautiful panoramic location. Hiking trails and the mountain bike trail are nearby (100 meters)

The modern apartment is fully equipped and measures 56 m². From the garden and balcony you can enjoy the 360° panoramic view of the mountains and forests of the region. In Spital am Pyhrn, just 3 km away, you will find all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. A private children's playground, a stone grill and garden furniture are provided. The Pyhrn-Priel AktivCard is provided free of charge by us (valid from mid-May to mid/end October).
