It's perfect. It has everything. An 8-minute walk from Cala Canyelles, the best beach in Rosas, and 3 km from the centre. Luxurious neighbourhood. Parking space for 1 car. Quality Wi-Fi. Great pool. Terrace for 4 people to enjoy a good meal. Large common area with a summer lounge, accessible only to 14 apartments, making it very quiet. 2 bedrooms for 4 people to sleep comfortably. The sofa has a double bed inside. It has a dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, a gas stove and a washing machine.
