Silvia's house is very nice, equipped, clean and unique location: terrace with sunset overlooking the sea, really very evocative. Mr. Marino was kind and helpful: he gave us useful tips for taking nice walks (ring walk of the old cellars of Chiessi: marvel for the eyes: which I highly recommend!) We had a great time on everything: magical island, impeccable house, the town center a few steps away, the places are very welcoming ... in short, good vibes 🤗 We will definitely be back ⛵️

My family and I stayed here for 8 nights, and I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, providing us with local information about Pisa and the surrounding area. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything needed during your stay. The location was a short, peaceful walk into the centre. We loved every minute of being there and didn't want to leave. We would definitely like to come back for a second stay.

Rarely have we felt so comfortable and the place absolutely matches the pictures. The location is secluded but perfect for relaxing. Just a dream!

Susanna gave us an excellent welcome. The house surrounded by nature is beautiful and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The large, fenced garden is perfect for four-legged friends who can play free and worry-free. The quiet area sheltered from traffic gives guests the right relaxation. The center is less than a 5-minute drive or can be reached on foot by taking a nice walk in the green of the Maremma. Amenities - such as supermarkets and clubs - are also less than 5 minutes away. Excellent.

The apartment is very central and is located directly on the beach. Everything necessary is within walking distance. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Communication with Guglielmo was always straightforward and prompt. His parents - who look after the property - are warm, loving and put a lot of effort into a pleasant stay. We all liked Case del Mare very much and made our vacation on the coast of Tuscany unforgettable. We'd love to come back. Thank you very much.
