“The appartement is very great, you have afternoon sun and there are many restaurants near to it. The check-in was really uncomplicated and Nica welcomed us warmly. There is not much traffic but a nice talkative rooster at the little island, so if you have a light sleep bring earplugs. The view is amazing and you don't need much time to the beach and to the city of Chioggia, which also has many restaurants. We enjoyed staying there, thanks a lot Nica!!!”

“Roberto's house is really well located. You can walk to take the boat to Venice, you can walk to the beach, you can walk to the restaurants. This is his first quality. In low season, the direct boat to Venice is no longer in operation but you can go to the Lido and Lido go to Venice, choose a boat pass for the number of days you want to spend in Venice or in the islands because the Vaporetto pass is valid as many times a day as you want. A lot of restaurants in the 10 minutes of walking around the house, Roberto to indicate us or to park, for 3 E per day, it is 15 minutes of walk, He took me home with his motorcycle during our arrived, very kind of him. Roberto's house is a fisherman's house (on 4 floor) first, full bath, 2nd, kitchen, 3rd bedroom / living room and 4th with master bedroom and a powder room. The house has been completely refurbished, tastefully decorated and with many interesting details, our stay was very pleasant. Take the time to look at the frames in the kitchen with the old pipe, Direct or via Lido (with a bus ride) it takes about 90 minutes to get to Venice, if you have time take the Vaporetto 5.1 once during your trip, between LIDO and St Mark's Square, it makes you make a big reverse turn in the Grand Canal and the little extra boat ride is nice, get on the bridge and you will see things that are not necessarily Visited otherwise, Chioggia is really a very nice little town, the 5 to 7 are populated with locals, it's quite interesting the energy that we can feel on the big square of the city. The beach of Sotomarina is really fantastic, to rest, out of season, we were about very little on a beach of 12 km I think, it was empty and super quiet, I do not know if it is available but if it I would do the electric bike rental, it is everywhere in Chioggia, it would allow you to move quickly and see further, to Sottomarina or to move by bike to the Lido. Be careful because bicycles and motorbikes are king everywhere in Italy. So look around you. If you go to Venice for the first time, I think you will want to go as much as you can because it's really beautiful but if you are in Chioggia for a week or more, you are 50 minutes from Padua and Ramona. Public parking allows you to get out and enter as you want. Now Roberto's house is well equipped and very nice, we have everything we need. Small attention like coffee pods for breakfast were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend it.”
