Free parking is available in the surrounding area. All rooms of the apartment offer plenty of daylight and you can enjoy relaxing hours on the large balcony on warm days. Relax with the whole family in this accommodation located on the beautiful Kriebstein dam. Centrally located in the middle of Saxony, it is not far to Dresden, Leipzig or Chemnitz. Also worth a visit is the nearby "Karls Erdbeerhof" in Döbeln. Back from these excursions, you can relax in the hammock or the spacious garden. In summer you can enjoy culture on the lake. The Kriebstein lake stage performs changing musicals every year.

The small house, furnished in a cozy, rustic style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge - 15 minutes by car from Chemnitz - the cultural capital '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful property overgrown with yews and ivy and yet close to the sights of the surrounding towns. A soapstone oven for the winter and a small terrace in summer will bring you into the well-deserved feel-good mode. There is room for 3 people.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.

It is flooded with light and allows a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding area. It consists of a sleeping area, with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen-living room with a corner sofa and a spacious, modern bathroom with large shower. If required, a second bedroom can be booked.

The apartment, which we have lovingly furnished, is located in our apartment building, which is secluded but not far from civilization, idyllically situated in the middle of the Mittweidaer Zschopautal protected landscape area. We are a family of 4 and would like to offer travelers a relaxing accommodation in our beautiful surroundings. However, we exclude renting to fitters due to bad experiences!
