Kitchenette and equipment are just as much a part of it. Guests can relax on the terrace. It also includes a small playground, fishing ponds, and a petting zoo.

For rent is a holiday apartment near Stralsund, city limits 5 km away. The city centre is about 10 km away. In 15 minutes you can be on the island of Rügen by car. The seaside resorts can be reached in about 40 minutes. Arrival by train is also possible (about 5 minutes on foot to the train station). The nearest food discounter is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel at home in two rooms that were renovated in 2016. An opportunity for extra bed is given.

My place is good for couples and families (with kids). The house was completed in 2014 and has a cosy, modern ambience with sauna and fireplace. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 room with a bunk bed. The bungalow has a terrace with furniture and a small garden. There are 4 bikes and a barbecue. The Baltic Sea beach can be easily reached on foot. There are also shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.

The bright 20 m² bungalow has a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed (width 113 cm), private terrace, separate bedroom and modern daylight bathroom with generous shower.
