Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Wir vermieten die modern ausgestattete 84m² Dachgeschosswohnung mit 4 Zimmern und 5 Schlafmöglichkeiten (+ 1 Kinderbett) in unserem Haus am Stadtrand der Hansestadt Rostock. Krummendorf ist ein kleines und schön gelegenes Dorf und gehört zur Stadt. Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnen die Oldendorfer Tannen (ein kleines Waldstück) und direkt anschließend die Warnow. Die Stadtmitte und Warnemünde sind schnell zu erreichen. PKW Stellplatz und Grillmöglichkeit (Zelt) sind vorhanden.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

- Winter break from December 22 to April 5 - The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. Meanwhile, there are 3 more apartments for guests in the house. On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.
