Wake up in this cozy home feeling inspired to enjoy North Atlanta. The Honeybee is a taste of the 1950s countryside right by the city with exposed beam ceilings, wood finishes, neutral grays, a screened back porch, and a fire pit out in the yard. A wonderful place for business travel, couples or family. Quaint enough for 1-2 guests, but room enough for 6! *Please note there is NO SMOKING on the property, including the inside, outside & screen porch. NO FILM or Photography unless you have asked permission, paid a fee & disclosed the content. This 1950's home was originally built as military housing. The quiet neighborhood is well-maintained & still has the charm of an older home. It is remarkably cozy & equipped for Business Travel, Couples, Families & Friends. Quaint space, but plenty of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, Full kitchen & Living room, and outside gathering space in the screened patio. Couples & Singles, this place is just the right size for you, even though it can sleep more. 4 people can also sleep very easily. The home can accommodate up to 6. Please message if you have more guests beyond that as we do have an air mattress and couch, if needed. 2 miles from Marietta Square. AirBNB owner is available anytime by text. Message if there is anything you need! We will not be on site but can stop by if you need anything at all! The property boasts proximity to downtown Atlanta just 8 miles away, as well as 5 miles from Truist Park, close to both KSU Campuses, Marietta Square, Kennesaw Mountain, and a direct route to airport. Less than 5 minutes from Six Flags White Water! 0.4 miles from i75 if traveling for business! So much to do in Historic Marietta or Venture into town and discover its nightlife, shopping, and dining options. Bring your own car or rental car. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Trash can be placed in cans & placed by the road Tues & Wed evening, for Mon and Thur morning pickup. Recycled items can be placed in the can Mon evening, for Tues am pickup. The neighborhood is relatively quiet & we wish to respect the neighbors by not having loud gatherings that would impact them. Outside noise needs to be at a minimum by 10pm.

Welcome to our family home, a peaceful and quiet place like no other; modern and cozy and very spacious. 2 car garage, plus two more spaces in the driveway.The house has 3 bedrooms, the master is spacious bedroom with a king size bed and a master bathroom and walking closet. Second bedroom with King bed and the third with queen. Office 2.5 bathrooms; huge leaving room and dinning room; just renovated white kitchen and extended patio; patio furniture for 6; pergola and Jacuzzi for 6 adults!

Our cottage is a private, quiet pet friendly retreat. This is very nice, safe family neighborhood. There are still farms up the street and great walking and hiking trails in the area. Minutes from great shopping and dining at the Avenue of West Cobb. Also about 12 minutes from the Marietta Square, also great for dining, shopping and historical tours. Atlanta is about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.
