The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Ideal zum Entspannen nach Spaziergängen in der kalten Jahreszeit. Das Apartment befindet sich im 3. Stock und hat einen eigenen separaten Eingang. Die Vermieter wohnen im gleichen Haus. Zum Apartment gehört ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz. Fahrräder können auf dem Hof sicher abgestellt werden. Hippe Umgebung.

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

Cozy camper at Lake Zwenkau

A lovingly modernized trailer could be your next exciting stop to explore the beautiful area around Lake Zwenkau, discover Leipzig, switch off for a few days or just as a short stopover. The 2 x 2 m bed can accommodate 2 adults + 1-2 children. A fall protection for toddlers can be installed (see photo). A crib can be provided. Thanks to its integrated heating, the trailer is also well equipped for fall and winter.

House close to the center and quiet

Relax after a long day of work or excursion in the spacious living room, garden or even in the sauna! A study for professional stays is also available. The bedroom, a children's room and a spacious bathroom are located on the upper floor, a guest toilet on the first floor. The accommodation is also excellently suited for longer stays due to the equipped kitchen as well as the available washing machine and dryer.
