Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Rotterdam Centrum

Are you looking for a staycation or traveling to Amsterdam with family or friends and looking for a mix of nature and City life then your search ends here. Aside from Mart being a great host and opening his home for us, it's greatly located 20 min from the airport and 20 min to downtown (by car), The Harbor is down the road where you can rent a boat and spend a lovely day in the lake of Vinkeveen where you can hop between islands and have lunch/dinner, you can ride bikes or go for a run or you can stay home and have a lovely bbq. The house is very spacious with incredible design and views. I can't wait to go back.

This location is perfect for a long term stay as the grocery mall is across the street. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk. The train station can be reached by the bus or an easy 20 minute walk. I could go anywhere from the train station. Amsterdam is easily accessible. Gouda is a quaint town with a super fun Market on Thursdays. Nicks flat was very comfortable and had all you need available for preparing meals. The shower is great and the hot tub was a great feature. Nick was always responsive and a real easy going guy. He placed no heavy cleaning burdens on me, just asked to make sure the place was left tidy and in order. The cats are no problem at all. They were nice to have around. I felt very comfortable, safe, and at home. The air conditioned Master Room was appreciated and the bed was very comfortable. There are plenty of linens, both for the beds and the bathroom. I would definitely stay again.

House right on the lake with beautiful views of the sunset. Jacuzzi was hot when we arrived. Very quiet residential area, and easy drive from the Hook of Holland ferry, Delft and Keukenfof.

We felt comfortable. We liked the private garden and the open tastefully furnished living area. Of course, the cat Poppy was the highlight for our kids. Poppy is a friendly and easy-care cat. As described, the connection to the beach is really great and quickly accessible. There are also many ways to do things and excursions. There was always a friendly and quick exchange with hosts. It was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Roeli's house and spent a great week in Katwjik. We came with 5 adults and a child of 6 years and had enough space for everyone. The house is really nicely decorated and we all liked the style. We also really enjoyed the hot tub after taking a quick dip in the North Sea. The house is only 1 minute away from the beautiful beach and the small town center. We all grabbed our bikes and did some great bike rides on the good bike paths. The Hague is also only 20 kilometers away and is absolutely worth a visit. We can all really recommend a stay at Roelies Haus and would come back anytime.

Great place to stay! Plenty of space for us to spend the time - indoor and outdoor. Lovely view over the canal and great plaxe to walk through the village. We also took a boat trip and ae got to Kinderdijk very quickly. We had all we needed in the kitchen. So it was an amazing experience!

Wonderful central location! Beautifully presented two bedroom house! Very comfortable beds and living area! Outstanding hosts! Highly recommended!

My stay with Ton and Lucia was very nice! They are very friendly and nothing is too much for them! The room was neat, a lovely bed, a linen closet with a fridge, a dolce gusto coffee maker, a microwave, an oven and sandwich machine. Furthermore, there were all kinds of coffee cups and tasty things for breakfast! Super sweet In the bathroom, everything you need was also available. I had a great time!! I'll probably come back!

We would go back in a heartbeat as soon as the opportunity arises. It was more than friendly and courteous interaction with us as guests, at first it may be a bit unusual to stay in a house with the hostess, but there were no wishes left unfulfilled! You have your privacy and are just as flexible as being alone in this really beautiful house. It was both modern and classy, as well as super clean and cozy! Communication with a friend of Marina's (she herself was on holiday) went smoothly, both online and face-to-face. She spoke very good English and was very personable and friendly in every way. Breakfast left nothing to be desired, for a person of us who does not eat meat, even a separate omlet, without bacon, was cooked. If you have the opportunity: Book this accommodation, you will be pleasantly surprised throughout:)

The home is beautiful. The main floor is an open concept but laid out really well. The home is next to a couple of business so it does get a little noisy but it wasn't really that noticeable. The home is also close by to all the tulip fields. Sven and Patricia were great hosts. Patricia met us at the home and did a walk through with how to work the thermostat and lighting. She also sent us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The only draw back to this entire experience is that we didn't stay longer.

We really enjoyed our stay. For a large family of 8 with a small child and a dog, there was plenty of space, very spacious, everyone had something to do. There is a tulip park nearby, Amsterdam is half an hour away, the location is great. Rob is a very responsive and friendly host, he greeted us in a friendly manner, helped with the heating, and also gave tips on restaurants and a car repair shop. P.S. not a minus, but as advice I would like it to be cleaner. Overall, I can only recommend the stay.

Perfect stay! A beautiful villa, very well equipped and maintained. Beautiful design, luxury amenities, attention to details and all in all a wonderful stay. Jolanda was super responsive and very kind. Highly recommended!

pleasant stay, with a friendly welcome. the communication was also very pleasant. If you have any questions, Alex came by right away to help. we went for the hot tub and fit was fantastic. also a very complete kitchen.

The accommodation was beautiful, the wellness also really an addition to the cottage. In the evening, watch the sunset in the jaccuzi and then wait for the beautiful starry sky. Afterwards, enjoy the sauna and then back to the nice cottage. The tranquility is very nicely present in this place. On the other side of the cottage, there is a dyke and from there you can easily go to the island de Tiengemeten where you can see and do everything. A very nice experience. You are also a 20-minute drive from Willemstad, which is a beautiful fortification town. Jaap is a friendly host with whom you can have a nice chat and you can get some tips about the area. The stay is definitely worth visiting!

We had a wonderful stay at Jolanda & Folko's place. The communication was great, there was always a quick response to messages. Check-in was very easy. The surroundings are magnificent, quiet, you can walk, cycle and even paddle along the canal with the kayaks (you can rent from the hosts for a fee). It is also possible to book the hot tub, which we did and it was a real highlight during our stay. It has also been possible to make a fire in the fire bowl or heat the oven in the Kota. The wood costs again separately. We also used this because we had a few cold days where it was a bit fresh in the Kota. The place was really cute overall and we felt super comfortable and would come back anytime. The hosts were super friendly and available for questions at all times.

We liked the place very much and we would book again anytime! It is all very modernly furnished and it was all very clean! The highlight was the hot tub! When the hot tub is on you can't hear the highway anymore! On the other side of the property, the property is located directly on the forest. We enjoyed the tranquility and the location right in nature very much! Yorick is a superb host and very quick to respond!

Everything in the cabin was clean and well presented and the surrounding area was great. Yorick was constantly available within a few minutes of texting and even visited when we had an issue. No complaints 10/10 service
