A cozy cottage in peace surrounded by forest just a ten-minute drive from Santa's village. The city center is only a few kilometers away. The cottage yard has its own fireplace, where you can spend an atmospheric evening and see the northern lights if you're lucky. From the home road, there is a connection to the bike path, where there is an opportunity for jogging. Nearby is the Santavaara King's lean-to, where I recommend visiting to admire the magnificent nature of Lapland and the Ounasjoki River.

This unique and peaceful retreat makes it easy to relax in the midst of pure nature. The cottage is located in a small village in the middle of the Lapland wilderness. Here you can do skiing, snowshoeing, and fishing. In addition, we organize snowmobile tours as desired. The cottage is about 75km to the city of Rovaniemi. Ice fishing tour 40€ person, 1-2h. Sausage baking at the campfire 40€ person. Northern lights tour €60 person. Snowmobile safari 90€ per person 2h. You can book by message.

Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish, log cabin is located at lake Norvajärvi with direct access to lake in both winter and summer time. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights or cosy up by the open fire in winter. We are 20km out from Rovaniemi city and driving time is apprx 30min. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring you drinking water and water for washing in sauna is taken from the lake.

Welcome to our home! We welcome you and let you get settled to this cozy and beautiful, old but renovated cottage. The cottage is warm and quiet and the area peaceful. On the other side of the yard we have a chicken coop but at winter time you barely notice it since then chicken don´t really like snow and it is insulated so that the roosters voice won´t bother you. If you come at summertime the chicken wonder around the yard free most of the time and add their entertainment.

Nivankylä village is located 10km from Rovaniemi city centre. Our place is almost hidden by the trees in local village. Here you can spend your holidays in your own peace. Me and my husband have built for you a little log villa with love. We have rebuilt place with own hands with touch of local culture. Logs are from 50-century. In case you need a help, we would be helping you because we live very nearby. Help is always near. You will be our quests and we will be there for you.

The double bed and outdoor jaquzzi bring the luxorious feel to the place, and the private shore with a pier where you can sit and enjoy the calm nature around you.

Enjoy Lapland's nature and lovely sauna in privacy. Accommodation and experiences in same place. Modern cottage (2023, 48m²). Two frame mattress beds and two extra beds from bedsofa, also good for adults. All the beds in same space. See the wonderful landscape and northern lights from frozen lake or through large windows. Boxing mackle

A cottage in a great location on the shore of Lake Simo. Suitable for groups of two or three. Good fishing, hunting and berry areas next door. Peaceful location. Sauna in the same building. Tidy bio toilet. Solar power, you can charge your phone and computer. Gas stove. Door and windows replaced on the side of the cottage, and added extra thermal insulation inside. Can also stay in winter.

Cozy cottage in the countryside

A cozy little cottage with basic amenities where you will surely enjoy, is located in a quiet little village community. There is a fireplace in the cabin. We always heat the fireplace before you arrive and help with the duration of your stay if you'd like. There are beds for two in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen provides all the essentials.
