The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

The apartment is located in a beautiful area. On one side is the National Football Stadium and the Ondrej Nepela Winter Stadium, and on the other side is Lake Kuchajda. The city centre is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. Free parking for one car is available in the building. Two large shopping centres are a 5-minute walk away - Vivo and Central. On the ground floor, accessible from the street, there is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There are also three restaurants – a sushi bar, a steakhouse, and an Italian restaurant.

Upstairs there are two cozy bedrooms, a bathtub and a separate toilet. There is a football and hockey field and Biedronka nearby. In May, June, July, and August, there will be an ice cream stand on the property, where there will sometimes be people moving around.
