There are a few houses and a garden nearby, so it's not like being alone in the woods! It's on the outskirts of the city, where you can already head out into nature. Holiday home for 12 people with sauna and hot tub in a quiet environment. Ideal for families and friends looking for peace, comfort and shared experiences. 4 cozy bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace. Wellness area with sauna and hot tub for perfect relaxation. For relaxation and games, there are terraces with seating by the house. Fenced garden with children's corner, fireplace and playground for ball games for fun and relaxation. Parking is on a closed plot by the house. The whole house is non-smoking.

A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

There are 2 apartments located at the beginning of Dolní Rychnov and close to the exit from R6 (ideal location for trips to the surrounding area) and offer complete privacy and private parking. Tastefully furnished and fully equipped apartments offer everything you need for your stay. And if you need anything, I'll be happy to help you with anything. In case of booking both of our apartments, it is possible to accommodate up to 12 people.

The log cabin is located in a climatic spa in Western Bohemia at Lázně Kynžvart,in the middle of the spa triangle. In the Czech Republic there are only 4 places with the cleanest air and have the status of a climatic spa and we are one of them. The log cabin is fully equipped for a relaxing stay with children. There are many hiking and cycling trails in the area, a spa swimming pool for children, a café and many playgrounds.
