A newly renovated and cozy older house located separately in the forest, with a large living room with fireplace, four spacious bedrooms, and lots of patio. A historical whisper: The painter Anders Svarstad (1869-1943) lived on the neighbouring property. He was married to Nobel Prize winner Sigrid Undset, and they were regular visitors to the farm.

Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.
