The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.

You live in your own cottage in our garden with a patio in the evening sun. It is self-check-in with a key that is in a key cabinet with a code. You can park your car in front of the garage and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. The accommodation is about 5 km from the city centre.
