The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Our apartment is suitable for home office. It is in a quiet and sunny location. The entrance is separate and leads via the staircase to the upper floor. The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, a cozy single bed (1 x 2 meters) and a cozy seating area that can be used as a double bed when folded out, as well as a dining area and TV. The bathroom, as a separate room, is only accessible to you. Starting point for excursions. Parking, small seating area in the garden under the trees.

The apartment is located in the attic of a detached house on the outskirts of Immenhofen, in a quiet south-east location. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding meadows, mountains and nature, ensures a relaxing stay and provides an ideal starting point for excursions.

It is suitable for 2+2 people( in the bedroom is a double bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed - an air bed-optional sofa bed)! Price will cost every extra person for 2 people 25Euro,baby bed+chair + 15€! In addition, there is unfortunately a tourist tax of €1.20/day per person, which has to be paid in cash on site! The garden(barbecue) can also be used!
