Monthly Rentals in Ruderting

I enjoyed my stay at Daniel's place very much. The apartment was spotless and everything you might need on a short stay was there. There is also plenty room for luggage, clothes and other things. Daniel was quick to respond when I had some questions, and very helpful when I could not find the assigned parking spot right away. Last not least, the apartment is light, airy and quiet, I can definitely recommend it.

A peaceful and quiet retreat in a very beautiful surrounding. The apartment has everything you need on a daily basis. We rented it for 5 month and had a really good time throughout the summer. Lovely cities nearby such as Passau, Walkirchen and other little towns. Walking into the Czech Republik takes 30 minutes and driving towards Austria it takes only 20 minutes. Overall, we can highly recommend this location and apartment if you like the remote feel and nature. Very special thanks to Olga who was an excellent host.

The apartment is a smooth 10 out of 10! Katrin is a great, caring and extremely likeable hostess. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and there was nothing missing in the kitchen! The value for money is 1 A! Communication with Katrin also went smoothly and quickly. Both a cot and a high chair were available on request. There is also a smart TV where we could relax and enjoy a movie night in the evening. We were a total of four adults and three kids. Kindly, Katrin provided two additional sleeping options in the living room so that everyone could sleep comfortably (because two adults spontaneously joined on request). We sincerely thank Katrin for the all-round beautiful stay, which we were able to experience thanks to her hospitality!

Very nice and well-kept apartment, everything you need was available. Astrid is a really kind and helpful host, he is always available if needed. It was a very pleasant 3 days.
