We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

The cottage is located in the cottage area Pod Borovím in Třebíč. It was renovated in 2023. Chalet in Podborovia provides accommodation for 4 people (+ crib) in one bedroom. The cottage has a fenced garden, a pergola with a fireplace, and a parking space for 1 car (another parking spot is located off the property). On the ground floor of the cottage there is a kitchen connected to the living room and dining room, a fireplace and a bathroom with a shower. The loft has a shared bedroom for 4 people.

Building (loft) with a usable area of approx. 50m2. It is a room with an open floor with a bed, under which there is a bathroom. The room has 2 sofa beds, a kitchen and a dining table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. There is also WIFI, HIFI, baby and travel crib. The building corresponds to 1 + kk and is therefore ideal for a couple or accommodation on a business trip. Larger groups who don't mind sleeping on couches also like to use the accommodation.

The house was built by my grandparents and they spent most of their lives in it. When I inherited it, I didn't really know what to do with it. I travel a lot myself, so I decided to open it to people who love discovering new places as much as I do. I left some pieces of furniture as a memory of my grandparents and my childhood, so you will find not only modern comfort, but also a touch of nostalgia. The Black & White Apartments apartment house is located in Brno in a quiet location surrounded by nature. The accommodation is close to the Brno Exhibition Center (BVV) and also close to the motorway exit to Prague. The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
