The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

Thanks to an extra bed in the gallery upstairs, it would be possible to accommodate 2 more people. Just 300 metres from the holiday home, the beach of the seaside resort of Lubmin offers wonderful relaxation away from the mass tourism. Here your children can play and bathe in the shallow water.

From the first floor of our natural stone brick house, we have modernly furnished an oasis of well-being by the sea for you. The approximately 45 m² apartment, with a small balcony (view of the Deutsche-Alleen-Straße) contributes to the enjoyment of the fresh salty sea air. Lung sufferers and asthmatics have a special benefit from the fresh sea air and feel particularly at ease in the Baltic Sea. The apartments in our house are all allergy-friendly.

The vacation home with two separate apartments of different sizes is located on a 1000 m² large and separate recreational property in a central location opposite the "Luna Park." The Peenestrom is only about 50 m away (swimming area about 1.6 km). The house was completely renovated in 2021 to 2022 and newly equipped with high-quality furniture. *Bookings for the individual apartments can also be made via other listings.

The 66 sqm apartment is very suitable for families with children and is located in Putbus, close to the Lauterbach harbor. Putbus is known for its classicist architecture and as the art and cultural capital of the island of Rügen. The nearest beaches are 10 minutes away by bike. The Baltic Sea resorts are about 20 minutes by car. The city of Putbus is subject to a tourist tax.

Our vacation home, surrounded by a large orchard, with three separate apartments, is located in a village of 20 inhabitants near Stralsund and the Baltic Sea. The apartment offered here is just right for a large family or two families traveling together. It is lovingly decorated and has a nice large terrace. Note: no TV, poor cell phone reception
