Really stunning property with fabulous finishing touches. Everything we needed was provided. Beautiful garden which our dog loved. Local pub across the road had great food amd was dog friendly. 5 min drive to a lovely dog friendly beach. Would definitely recommend this special property, Karen is a great host who has a really put alot of thought into making this a cosy, private space.

Clear, communications, an accurate description, a clean space, friendly, and responsive to requests. Sally ticked off all of the boxes that make a great host. We just spent the week at the cottage and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Super fast Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, a convenient location to visit the local sites, a super comfy bed, all the equipment needed to cook at home, and a quiet, scenic location to enjoy when you return home from a busy day. Also dog, friendly, which is a bonus for us since we are traveling with two small dogs. The newly born baby cow was a nice addition. If you’re looking for a great space in the Chichester area, do give the cottage serious consideration. We would not hesitate to come back.

We had a fabulous few days at Roy’s loft apartment. It’s exactly as described and Roy and Sarah really went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing stay. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Clear instructions were provided for everything. We especially loved watching the birds in the garden, from the breakfast bar. The location is in a quiet residential area, but perfect for visiting the local and surrounding areas each day. Also lots of walks from the apartment itself. The only downside was that we didn’t have longer! We’ll definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Roy and Sarah.

Great place to stay close to Chichester! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It takes about 20 mins to walk into the charming town of Chichester but there's also a bus every 15 mins which takes 5-10 mins into town. It's also a great base to explore the nice areas which are very closeby like Kingley Vale, East Head, or the South Downs National Park. 🌳 Also this place has the best water pressure that I've experienced in all of my stays England and Scotland so far 🙌🏻
