The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Welcome to a warm, atmospheric apartment as part of an old log building. The house is located in the Far East, under the paper mill pipes. The apartment is small, but compact and has everything you need. The car is free in the yard and the bus runs right next door. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Warmly welcome. Warm cozy studio with two single beds, lovely kitchen and bathroom with shower. In a location that is a short drive from the beautiful town and harbour of Lappeenranta.

Good opportunities for fishing, berry picking, cycling, golf, skiing, etc. The outdoor hot tub, rowing boat, 2 SUP boards and 2 kayaks are freely available to tenants all year round.

The cottage has 6 single beds and a double sofa bed. Downstairs 2 cozy bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the top loft 1 + living room. The distance to the shore of Lake Saimaa is ~500 meters. From the cottage ~900 meters away, private beach, barbecue hut, and our rowing boat rentals. Linen/towel rent €15/pax.

If fancied, it is not forbidden to just relax and enjoy the lakeside sauna and swimming in the clean freshwater lake :)

The House is located on the lake in the woods, 12 km from the main road #6. Location is very peaceful and scenic. It is integrated into the rocky landscape with a panoramic view over the lake through pines.
