We had a wonderful stay at this charming, antique-style house! The place is beautifully decorated and full of character, making it a unique and cozy experience. Irma is an absolutely amazing host , so warm, friendly, and helpful. She even brought us fresh homemade hachapuri, which was incredibly delicious and such a kind gesture. Irma went above and beyond to help us, even meeting us to guide us to the house and helping with our luggage. The home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is impressively equipped—easily set up to host 10 guests at once! The location is perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

The host information is very responsive and quick to solve the problem, I am a warm and handsome kid, the apartment is very light, the world is open, and the other residents of the entire building are also very friendly, it was a good stay.

Apartment totally true to the listing. Giorgi is very responsive. The instructions were very clear and facilitated our arrival at the apartment. The apartment has everything and much more with the dishwasher and washing machine. The wifi is working perfectly. The apartment is cozy and well-equipped. The bedding is extremely satisfactory. It's very hot, it feels like home. The apartment overlooks an important communication axis, if you have a light sleep this could be an inconvenience which was not our case. At the foot of the front door of the residence is a crossroads store which is very comfortable on a daily basis as well as a bank that can change if necessary. I would highly recommend it. For sure if we come back to Tbilisi, we will stay at Giorgi's place again. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful home, amazing host and prime location is what could sum up our stay. Nino has been such a lovely person, very responsive, and she was kind to allow us to do an early check in due to our flight schedule. The house is cozy, and felt right at home. Nino and her husband were always available for any help we needed. If I get a chance to visit Tbilisi, this will be my stay. The house is equipped with all the amenities, and brilliant interiors. It is walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. A clear 10/10 and highly recommended. Thank you Nino, for hosting us, and making our stay memorable.

Shorena is a fantastic and friendly superhost, she always responded quickly to our questions, or concerns. Her mother who lives next door is also very friendly, helpful, and speedy to assist with anything! We stayed for 1 month with our toddlers and it was a very fun location. The Old Time restaurant that’s 1 min away is amazing. Everything you will need is within short walking distance. We really enjoyed exploring this area, and it’s also kid and stroller friendly. The home is just like the photos and very clean. The furniture, walls, bathrooms, and etc were all very clean. The beds are VERY comfortable and the bedding is luxurious. The kitchen is updated, and is well equipped with silverware + dishes. Great for at home cooking. The sink, stove and oven are modern and nice! The wifi worked great, we never had any issues. There’s A/C units in each room, and radiant heating, both work great! Washing machine works great. Don’t let the rough alley scare you, this is a hidden gem! :)

Beautiful flat - really lovely place to retreat to and enjoy the views from the terrace. We travelled with two babies so it was great to have a proper kitchen and gorgeous place to really enjoy dinners in. Scenic walk up to it through the old town and near lots of restaurants, but do be prepared to lug your luggage!

Strongly recommended. Its one of the BEST place u can find in Tiblis. 5 min walk from Marjanishvili metro station and very close to everything u need. clean , cozy , quiet with a very nice responsive Host.

As a solo traveller this Airbnb was perfect! It had everything I needed, it’s very central in Old Tbilisi, was very clean, and an easy check in. You do have quite the climb to get to it, so keep that in mind when booking.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tbilisi! The property is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The view is breathtaking, and the amenities were perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. It truly felt like a home away from home. The owner was also incredibly helpful, communicated well, and was very accommodating to our requests. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Tbilisi!

We spent Nana and the house with a perfect 4 days, 4 adults, 2 children, 1 baby, we were very comfortable, comfortable, comfortable location, super clean, walking, drinking, super shopping. If I come back again, I will stay in the same house again, people are helpful, but we have experienced never taking a taxi except for the store application, we are incredibly expensive, we tasted beautiful shopping malls, we even went to the affordable city, cheap casino, thank you, Tbilisi🩵

Konstantine's apartment was overall very good. It’s centrally located in Tbilisi, very quiet, and exceptionally clean. The apartment is on the 5th floor, which might be challenging for some. The mattresses could be improved, as some were too hard or too soft. The shower upstairs is quite limited in height due to the sloped ceiling, which might be an issue depending on the number of guests. We opted to use the downstairs shower instead. Otherwise, everything was fine, and we had an enjoyable stay.

Our flight landed at 03:55 in the morning, and even though the check-in time was 14:00, Mariam did us a huge favor by having the house cleaned and ready for us. After a long overnight flight, it felt amazing to arrive and relax. All the kitchen and bathroom essentials mentioned were available in the house. We stayed as two families—7 adults and 2 children in total. The house was very spacious and airy, so everyone felt comfortable. The terrace and the view were fantastic. Luckily, the weather was great, and we spent most of our time on the terrace. The kids loved the party room. Having internet and Netflix in the house was especially great for the children. Mariam was always reachable and helped us with everything. She was truly an excellent host.

It’s very nice and cozy place to stay in Tbilisi. Can definitely recommend as for long, the same for short term stay. Apartment has everything in it for comfortable stay and located in central part of the city with everything you need around.

Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎
