A great place to stay and such an amazing host. Some really amazing touches around the house which was very much appreciated. A perfect place to tour the South Downs and relax.

The cottage is lovely, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more. All the little extra touches made us ( and Penny the pooch ) feel right at home. The large bed was extremely comfortable. The location is beautiful and peaceful with a very short walk the beach. Alex was very quick to respond to messages and his instructions were very clear, check in was very easy. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back again in the future.

Our 3rd stay at this great property to visit relatives that live nearby. Weather was fantastic and we had a lovely time. Lots of walks on the beach which is really close to the house. Enjoyed the thoughtful welcome pack. Thanks James.

Karen & Ashley’s accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. It was virtually new and first rate in every respect with a well equipped kitchen area, comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom. It is situated in quite an exclusive, very quiet neighbourhood with a very short walk to the beach. Karen & Ashley were always responsive, friendly and welcoming. We loved the African themed finishing touches which made the accommodation so individual. We would have no hesitation in revisiting. We enjoyed an excellent lunch at the Seaview pub which is within walking distance and a superb visit to Arundel Castle gardens, a short drive away and Littlehampton.
