Kids will love the tire swing, toys such as Lego, Lincoln logs, pool table and ski ball. Kayaks available to our guests awaiting adventure. Inverness Home with a View

Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

Kitchen has what you need to cook and bake. Smart TV 43” with wifi. Screen room. Laundry building with new washer/dryer. Full size shuffleboard court, cornhole boards and gas grill for fun outdoors. Inverness has wonderful restaurants, parks, water, trails and stores to enjoy your winter in Fl.

Cypress Cottage

Handicap accessible. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a dead end street on a channel that goes out to some lakes in the area. Have a canoe,peddle boat and three bikes included to use during your stay. Little over an hour from Orlando Airport and about the same from Tampa Airport. 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs that has many attractions. If you see any alligators please do not feed them. They become a nuisance and it’s also against the law.

We are also located two miles from The Villages Spanish Springs town square which has free entertainment from 5pm to 9pm every night of the week.
