In the heart of the Roquette district in Arles, opposite the Saint Césaire church, all 5 apartments and common areas were completely renovated in 2019. Apartment #3, on the 2nd floor, is spacious and bright and overlooks Rue Théophile Rives where there is very little traffic. The apartment is composed of a pleasant bedroom, bathroom and large open living room-kitchen.

We are an architect couple who have completely renovated this typical Arlesian townhouse. It combines the southern spirit and contemporary design that we love. The roof terrace has a pool where you can swim while watching the Arles arena. On the ground floor, our office on the street can be used as an exhibition space or work area. The house has many old and unsafe stairs and is not suitable for young children. Welcome!

In a 19th century house, a few meters from the Roman amphitheatre, the apartment offers a splendid view on the Hotel de Donines. It is located at the 2nd floor of the house. At the 3rd floor, a rooftop gives a panoramic view on the Rhône and on the old city. The apartment has just been renovated, it is like new.
