Welcome to my bohemian little cocoon! My apartment is a large, bright 25m2 studio located on the 1st and last floor of one of the oldest buildings in La Teste-de-Buch. The decoration was done by me and the apartment has been completely repainted recently. The kitchen has been redone. If you are looking for a magical break in the Arcachon bay then my apartment has everything to seduce you with the charm of the old, its neat decoration and its ideal location.

Beautiful apartment of 120 m2 with panoramic views, parking, refurbished in August 2018, located on the seafront with terrace, on the 4th floor of a luxury residence. Ideally located, a 10 minute walk to Arcachon Station and 100 meters to pedestrian shopping street with many restaurants. Very nice beach in front of the residence (Plage Thiers). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 metres from where the fireworks of July 14 and August 15 are fired every year.
