A nice & cozy independent apartment. There are 2 bedrooms, a small balcony and a terrace. In the house, we have 2 apartments, 4 rooms and a restaurant where you can book your meals. There's a big garden, the swimming pool and a lot of nature. The use of our e-bike is included in price. Our place is in the magnificent Lunigiana near to the 5 Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Lerici or the Nationla Parc of the 100 lakes and Parco dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano. The car is a must-have to reach the place.

The sea at home

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.
