The apartment is small but compact and includes everything you need. You can park your car in the yard for free and the bus runs right next to it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The yard of the cottage borders the beach, which has a gently deepening sand/clay bottom. There is also a jetty on the beach for swimming or sunbathing. You have a rowboat at your disposal, so you can go fishing if you want. Several guests have been delighted with the abundant fish catch.

One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.
