In unserer gemütlichen Dachwohnung erwarten wir Dich sehr gern. Wir sind ein sehr weltoffenes Ehepaar und interessiert an allem Neuen. Auch in Englisch können wir gern mit unseren Gästen reden. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, das Zentrum ist ca. 250 m entfernt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Reisen nach Stuttgart, Remstal. In den diesen Pandemiezeiten halten wir uns sehr genau an die geltenden Regeln und Vorschriften. Wir reinigen, waschen und desinfizieren alles nach Vorschrift.

The fine small apartment with its 25 square meters offers a bed that can be pushed open as a double bed, a desk, a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in a quiet and central location. The Waiblingen S-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk away, so you can be in Stuttgart in 17 minutes. Waiblingen is also a great starting point for excursions in the beautiful Rems Valley.

This unique home has a style of its own. Living in the best location , with a wonderful view over the Remstal. Close to nature, with adjacent beautiful walking and cycling paths to the Remstal and surroundings, S-Bahn connection within walking distance: direction Stuttgart-Echterdingen, Backnang, Waiblingen, Schorndorf. For children, we have set up a playroom with a bed and a mattress. A small terrace and a garden are available for our guests.

Enjoy our stylish basement loft, just 3 minutes from the S-Bahn. (20 min to Stuttgart) The loft impresses with its spacious atmosphere and large windows that let in lots of natural light. Relax on the comfortable couch, play a game of billiards, or enjoy the fresh air on the terrace. It's the perfect place to retreat, read a book or just relax. Located in the annex, the new and modern room has a spacious double bed, a large TV with couch and two armchairs, as well as a separate en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The room has curtains. For the third guest, there is a folding bed as a sleeping option.
