House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The cottage (110 m²) is a former winemaker's house that was fully renovated in 2018.
