Clean, tidy and dealing with Teresa is excellent room.

Teresa made sure that I was looked after during my stay in her home. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for shower. Downtown is only 1 stop by train. Supermarkets are within walking distance.

I stayed with Teresa for 3 nights in Valencia. She was very helpful & the place is in a nice residential neighborhood. Great value for money and I would highly recommend it!

I do not have time to write much but I would recommend to all travelers Teresa Italians who visit Valencia. Benetusser is a bit 'far from the city center but well communicated, the room is very spacious more than it looks in the pictures and the price of 60 euro a week it seemed more than fair and affordable. Teresa is also readily available to all :)

Teresa came to meet me down at her and gently helped me carry my stuff to her house. This is a friendly person, with whom we could talk about all kinds of things. Her mother is also a kind, touching. The room is as described. I recommend it.

Teresa is a very welcoming host and has a lovely family! The room was good and comfortable, bus connections to the city center were also very good. I liked staying at Teresas place, because it is local and, as far as I can tell, typical Spanish. Teresa speaks English fluently, so we didn't have any problems communicating. I can recommend staying at her place!

Carmen was very friendly and the room was perfect for the four of us - it's a cute neighborhood outside of Valencia and we used taxis to get in and out of the city!

Passing for a night in Valencia we enjoyed Carmen's apartment and the small town of Alfafar south of Valencia. Carmen recommended a very nice little local restaurant for our evening meal.

Roman house is in a quiet area with bars and supermarkets about 5 minutes walk and about 10-15 minutes drive from the beaches of El Saler. The house has clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. It also has two ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoor terraces. Its decor is modern. Roman offers the service is excellent, very attentive and willing to provide us with facilities to enjoy our stay in Valencia.

The house is new and spacious. Kitchen and lounge upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. Lots of light and terraces (three). It is in Masanassa. The place is nothing special or views because you need transportation valence or the beach, but for us we were coming to a wedding Masanassa the situation was great! The hosts are great! Friendly and very attentive!

We've been home for roman as in our house. It is a very close person and helping us to everything and providing us with all the information necessary to enjoy Valencia. The apartment is perfect, very nice and clean. The area is perfect, very quiet but there is everything as in a city Access to Valencia and the beach is very easy. It is just a few minutes. The apartment is beautiful, very well decorated. Our room was lovely and super clean.

Pilar was an excellent hostess. We felt in our home. It has a lovely, very cozy. Only a small complaint, from early q were all awake and the house is bright and does not have shutters. We liked this family trip, Pilar thank you very much for sharing your home with us.

I went home from pillar to spend the weekend FAILURES, together with my girlfriend. Pilar was lovely with us when we got home we had sheets you prepare with bath towels on the bed. The house is very well overall, large terrace for lunch, dinner etc. Hot tub and we seemed the final straw. We even had TV channels Movistar + generally well equipped and distances to the station and reach the center of Valencia in total are 10 minutes. Actually we were very happy with pillar, is charming and certainly repeat the experience if we can.

This is so much better than staying in the city and very worth the cost. We came during Las Fallas and being outside the city was the best decision ever. It was an easy, short train ride into Valencia and Celeste is very helpful for information about getting around. Her hospitality was great and the cats are so cute. We enjoyed the visit very much!

POSITIVE POINTS: The location is strategic, because in 15 minutes you get to the very center of Valencia. Benetusser is a beautiful village, well-stocked, even by the great mercadona supermarket. The apartment is on the third floor but it is not a problem since there is no lift, very convenient. The heating works very well. The price of Airbnb has not seemed expensive. BAD POINTS: Little or no willingness on the part of the head of the house. The house is neglected and dirty, for example, we found an electric sediarotelle dismantled on the bed. We had to buy back the paddle because it was broken, the broom, the rag. We asked the lady if we could fix the kitchen faucet seen falling literally on the sink, she did not show up either at the keys at the time of our departure. My wife and I slept in separate beds, the nice thing is that the beds are motorized like the hospital. The little proper thing was that we were asked a figure of € 170 in addition to the expense of Airbnb, not reported in the apartment page. A figure that was to cover the operating costs. We think we put an X for the next time.

Its a very cozy quiet neighbourhood a little bit outside of València central but there is a trainstation 5 min to walk. The apartment is big enough for 4 people. There is a supermarket and some other shops around the house.

for us was our worst experience with travel since even our reach everything was perfect but once inside the owner stopped worrying and dissociate complaint shows sk sleep in a bed where you clavavas springs very sad because only having solved this all would have been much better ... we had to leave one night before !! We had a great time staying at Ruben and Anne's house. The room was bright and clean, as was the rest of the house. The kitchen was easy to use and the terrace was lovely to sit out on, especially on the hot summer nights! It was very easy to get into town, just 15 minutes on the train. The only downfall is that the trains are quite infrequent. Both Ruben and Anne were very kind, helpful and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay with them, and would encourage others to stay there as well!

Anne and Ruben's apartment was very clean and they were warm hosts. Although the room is pretty small for two people (basically you can sleep in it and not much else), the apartments has a very nice and big patio to relax in the evening or have breakfast in the morning. The room has a fan which is actually essential if you are staying there during the summer. We wouldn't be able to sleep without the fan running all night. If you want to visit the awesome sandy beach El Saler, keep in mind it's not that near to the apartment, despite how it looks on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps. Solid Internet - check Towels - check Supermarket nearby - check All in all a very cheap and good place to stay.

Anne and Ruben are very nice, friendly, and helpful hosts. They have been really welcoming since our first day in the city. We had great conversations and absolutely felt like home. The flat is very beautiful, bright, and comfortable, we definitely enjoyed our time there especially when having our barbeque dinner in the terrace! The flat is located in a safe and quiet area where the neighbours were very friendly and helpful. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay with Anne and Ruben (and the adorable cat!) and wish we could have stayed for longer. Definitely worth it and would recommend to anyone who wish to have a relaxing journey in Valencia! Thank you Anne and Ruben!

Catarroja is ideally situated about 10 km from Valencia. You can stroll around in the near nature and neighboring villages. There are plenty of nice restaurants and shops. By bus or train (+/- 15 min) you'll be in the center of Valencia. From there you can ideally take the bus to the miscellaneous beaches Valencia. From El Saler and further, the water crystal clear and you can walk deep into the sea. Beautiful clean beaches, where the crowds quite bad. El Saler beach is a large restaurant and div. Facilities such as shower / foot shower on the beach, ambulacedienst and police surveillance. El Saler themselves are also a few restaurants. Malvarrosa beach there against is just the opposite. Very wide beach, lots of people and therefore crowds. Various restaurant and shops along the boulevard. The stay in "bright room in penthouse" was delicious. Upon arrival I was welcomed by Anne. :-) The brightly decorated room is neat, attractive and very clean (like the rest in the house). There is to be able to spend plenty of room for your clothes and belongings. There is a relaxed and cozy home atmosphere. The pictures come over to see exactly how it is. Ruben and Anne are very pleasant company and not to forget their sweet cat. If you do not want to sit directly in the hustle and bustle of Valencia but still quite close, this is highly recommended. Jorge very friendly and helpful, the floor is as it appears in the photos or even better, very clean, comfortable and tidy. Jorge is very flexible in terms of hours of input and output could maximize our stay in Valencia. Well connected, you access the center of Valencia in 10 minutes drive and the port and the beach in less than 15 minutes. We had no trouble parking in the area. !! Definitely repeat our stay in your accommodation !!

A floor very well kept and clean. Easy access to Valnecia. Jorge received us very well and gave us the output q when we said. All great. The quiet neighborhood although the regular zone. Parking difficult, had to leave the car in a remote site.

The house is bigger than it looks in reality. Bright with many windows. The master bedroom overlooks the community swimming pool. It has central heating. On arrival, we had prepared the coffee maker with coffee and milk. In the fridge, a bottle of champagne and two glasses at our disposal. We also find towels, gels, sheets and blankets. They were flexible in the hours of entry and exit, and very attentive. A real pleasure.

The site is perfect for what we wanted: quiet area in Alfafar. The site is exactly as it appears in the photos. comfortable beds, very new furniture and everything you need to stay like a hotel or apartment. All perfect. As improvements could indicate what wifi (actually stop little house) and parking (although there are many alredededor places, this weekend between the crosses and the anniversary of the sports area next door, it was very full of cars ). But it is something we will improve and go from 9 to 10 !!
