You will be at the start of several hikes, the Fort du Mont, the Col des Cyclos, the Roche Pourri. The Mazot is 8 minutes from the medieval city of Conflans and 10 minutes from the city center of Albertville. The Saisies ski resort is 35 km away and 29 km for the Crest-Volland and Arêches resorts. For our biker friends a garage will be available. Microwave cooking only.

QUIET INDEPENDENT STUDIO ON GROUND FLOOR

Small quiet independent studio on the ground floor (near Albertville). Folding bed + sofa. Please note, the sofa is integrated into the folding bed, so it is not a 2nd bed!!! Parking, bike and ski storage. Possibility of loan of sheets and towels for €10/week. Choice of cleaning: you do it (products, equipment available) or €10 if done by the host. Enclosed land, garden access, garden furniture. No pets allowed. Shops and various activities nearby.

A few minutes from the lake, 40 minutes from Annecy and 15 minutes from La Sambuy, sportsmen and nature lovers will find their happiness: swimming, hiking, skiing, climbing, paragliding. On the spacious mezzanine you will find a double bed, and on the ground floor a single sofa bed. The exteriors of the house are still waiting to be furnished. The forest and river are in the immediate vicinity for walking.

The Red House, the Apartment

Enjoy a comfortable stay, 200 m from Albertville train station and close to the city center. Fully equipped, freshly renovated, 60 m2. A bedroom with a 160 bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a living room/kitchen with comfortable sofa bed. The apartment is on the ground floor of our house, and has a fully independent entrance. We are available if needed, but if not, you will have total privacy and tranquility.
