Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Feel-good apartment near Munich, thermal baths and trade fair

Anzing is the perfect starting point for excursions to the Erding thermal baths, Munich, Ebersberg or the trade fair in Riem. Thanks to its location on the A94, you can easily get to Munich city center by car. On weekdays, a convenient bus connection provides extra flexibility. The apartment is idyllically located overlooking the Ebersberg Forest. Trade fair visitors can drive to the Riem trade fair in about 12 minutes. It is fully furnished, fully equipped, and bed linens and towels are included.

Conveniently located stylish oasis

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Close to the Munich Trade Fair (15 min): A healthy, solid wood house, high-quality, generously cut, with a few, high-quality materials clearly and minimalistically furnished. Are you looking for something in the Alps? A mountain hut? Or in Munich? A loft? We are right in between: Quickly in the city and yet quickly in the mountains. The house and shower water is heated with wood, you have to heat it yourself. The location of the house is NOT SUITABLE FOR A VISIT TO THE OKTOBERFEST!

The S-Bahn to Munich (runs every 20 minutes) is within walking distance (10 minutes), travel time: 25 minutes to Marienplatz, close to the A 99 / A 94. In Poing there is a large wildlife park and a swimming lake, as well as several playgrounds.

Sie verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, die Hauptausrichtung ist Süd-West. Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung.
