During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Grandpa's little house

The grandfather's house is located in a hilly position and is divided into two well-separated apartments, each with its own entrance. The property is on two levels: on the ground floor there is a living room and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a terrace equipped with an outdoor seating area with a panoramic view of the beautiful medieval village of Arcola. Outside you can enjoy a large garden shared with the two apartments but divided by a wooden partition.
