Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

You will be welcomed by large interior spaces and a 45 sqm garden overlooking the sea and the entire town of Manarola. The wonderful view will allow you to see in the distance also the villages of Corniglia, Monterosso and Punta Mesco. The building was built by Giorgio Riccobaldi, a poet and writer from Manarola.
