We have 2 wonderful apartments, in a quiet location overlooking forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m to the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

On the seafront of Heringsdorf in the first row in the immediate vicinity of the Grand Hotel Steigenberger, you will find the historic Villa ODIN, which is surrounded by a spacious garden as a jewel of the old bathroom architecture. The apartment is on the upper ground floor of the Baltic Sea facing with direct access to the garden, which will give you available during your stay.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

We offer a newly built and spacious attic apartment/loft with sauna and fireplace for up to 7 people in the centre of the seaside resort of Bansin in 2018. The property has 2 roof terraces (smaller terrace overlooking the sea) as well as an open living/dining area with a large gas fireplace and designer kitchen. At a distance of 400 m you will find the beach promenade and the beach as well as smaller shopping and restaurants .
