One room with a double bed and a baby bed. A bedroom/children's room with a sofa bed and a "bed corner" with a double bed mattress and 2 children's mattresses, as well as a children's play corner. There is also a cubby with a double bed mattress (can only be reached via a steep rung ladder). In the spacious living room there is a sofa bed.

It is also possible to use a shared game room with an associated terrace on the ground floor. The Forsthaus was completely renovated in 2021. It is the starting point for hikes and bike tours in the surrounding forest, or trips to Kassel, Eisenach, Weimar, Erfurt and Bad Hersfeld.

Our café serves breakfast weekdays from 6 AM and on weekends from 7 AM.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
