Nice beautiful house located away from the city and in a very peaceful location. The host and his mother was always responsive, friendly and ensured that our stay was memorable. The host arranged the transportation for our local sight seeing. The rooms were neat and clean and exactly matched the description. Nice place to stay.

The place is absolutely peaceful, serene and calm. it's away from everything else, so it's just you and the sea and silence. caretaker Naveen is available to keep the place spotless and clean and also run errands. would love to return

Excellent stay in a peaceful location... House and amenities are as described. Host Roshan family and their friend Homestay Caretaker Sudheer made us feel comfortable with our stay and Sudheer helped us ensuring all basic amenities for stay and any special requests are taken care of. He even suggested nearby attractions and accompanied us showing the route/local inquires and food order etc., House is a convenient and spacious independent villa with ample parking space for few Cars... and a nice garden, power backup. House would be comfortable for 3 small families or such group. Food options - self cooking in Kitchen or nearby order. Overall, a pleasant stay...

Our stay at Palavayal Farm Villa was a truly refreshing and memorable experience. The property itself is beautifully maintained, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, ensuring a cozy and peaceful stay. Every corner of the villa reflects a deep attention to detail and care. A special mention must go to Deepak, the host, who was incredibly welcoming and proactive from the very beginning. His professionalism, warm demeanor, and genuine interest in guest satisfaction set the tone for the entire experience. Equally commendable was Ranjit, the caretaker, who looked after us with sincerity and warmth. Always available with a smile, he ensured that every need was met promptly and courteously. His presence added a personal touch to the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Island cove homestay! The location is absolutely beautiful – peaceful, serene, and perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind in nature. Sarika and Rakesh were incredibly helpful hosts; they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and even recommended attending a local Theyyam performance, which was an unforgettable cultural experience. There are convenient food options nearby as well, which made the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

When you enter it you immediately feel the island vibe. Doc and his 4 dog buddies are the reason that makes the place even more magical. He's willing to tell you everything about the island and the Indian traditions like Theyyam and Kalaripayattu. Also willing to answer all your questions, especially the ones about coconuts; he's the coconut master. And he gave us an inside look into the real Kerala. We stayed in the Matsya house; it was cozy, comfy and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures on air bnb. You can really see his artistic influence in the house. Besides all of this; the served food prepared by a chef is so finger-licking delicious, 3 times a day you feel like you're in heaven. We'll definitely come back for some liming, nalla. Mrs. Gayathry's house was a superb place to base our travels in and around Kasaragod. Easily accessible, unmatched hospitality (the breakfast of puttu, kadala and pappadom were out of this world), and all the required amenities provided at a very reasonable price. We and our pet cat absolutely loved our stay.

We had a great time. Aakash is really honest and helpful. He picked us up and took care of the meals. Accommodation is in the mountains with a great view and really nice swimming pool. Room was very clean and well organized. So, we would recommend this place for sure. Altho it's a little far from the village, for us (without transportation) it was doable by walk and taking a rickshaw. Aakash, tnx for your help, you made this place amazing!
