This 40-m² holiday apartment is located in a quiet, idyllic setting on our three-sided farm. When you step out of the apartment, you are immediately on the terrace that belongs to your apartment. The two beds are 1 metre wide and 2 metres long. One sofa bed is 2 × 2 metres and is very comfortable as a third bed. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach Seußlitzer Castle. The Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 metres from our place, and you can relax in the Goltzscha natural swimming pool. Perfect. Parking spaces and Two bicycles are free of charge.

Tips for excursions can be requested if necessary, an information folder is available - otherwise I proceed freely according to the motto "Everything is possible, nothing is required!"

The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

The approx. 65 sqm apartment consists of a beautiful bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a comfortable double bed and in the living room, the couch is pull-out for two more sleeping places. Parking would be possible without any hassle in front of the property at no extra cost. For motorcycles, parking is also possible under the roof on the property.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

The old building has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail and offers all the amenities you need to feel good on about 60 m². Sustainable and natural materials were used and so, for example, the field stone construction has also remained an eye-catcher inside. The secluded location of the house provides a wide view over the surrounding meadows, where sheep and goats graze.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
