Accessible for people with reduced mobility, 4 bedrooms including 1 master suite on the ground floor. 10 minutes from all shops, Vallée des Singes, botanical maze, Futuroscope 40 minutes away, and a multitude of activities to discover in the surrounding area. Available starting at 4:00 p.m. Check out before 11:00 a.m. (clean the house).

Ideal for fishing, swimming or a canoe ride, it offers privileged access to the banks of the river. This single-story house, fully fenced and lined with a sapinette, is located in Condac, close to the leisure center of Réjallant between Ruffec, (with its shops) and the charming village of Verteuil, renowned for its castle and mill.
