The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7–8 km to the centre of Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg. Bus to Fredrikstad once an hour. The floor area on the first floor is approximately 115 m². This unit features two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a newly renovated bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a travel cot for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental property and do not want loud parties there.

The apartment is a separate part of our home. It is 50 m2 and consists of a combined TV room and kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The door to our part of the house will be closed and locked during the rental period and the apartment has its own entrance. Beds are made and towels are available at check-in.

The cabin is idyllically located by beautiful Aspern in Haldenvassdraget with 3 bedrooms and 6 beds. The cabin is 50 sqm and is newly renovated and upgraded 2021/22. Large terrace with good sun conditions and covered dining area. Two minutes to walk to the beach and jetty. Boat is included in the rent. There is a charger for electric car with payment solution. Nice nature experiences with a rich bird and wildlife in the area, both on land and on water. 30 min to Halden, 8 min to Aremark city center and 10 min to Nössemark in Sweden.

For the largest nature experience you can use the boat that is included. Cabin by the sea.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Great guest house/annex only 30 meters from the sea. Great bathing opportunities, road all the way up. 10/15 min to shops and restaurants in Skjærhalden. The guest house consists of a mini kitchen, dining area for 4 people. Loft with 3 mattresses and sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Possibility to borrow laundry room located in the guest house with own entrance. Private patio outside the annex. Good sun conditions.
