La Volière is located on a rocky headland, overlooking a beautiful farmhouse where our sheep thrive. Adjacent to the estate, the cottage, with its private garden, will offer you the silence of the countryside and a peaceful view. In summer, you can enjoy access to the shared pool. Lots of wineries around us, walks or bike rides, flea markets and garage sales depending on the period, and if you want to breathe in the ocean, it's not far!

The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne. Located 6 kilometers from Saint Emilion and 30 minutes from Bordeaux and the gates of Purple Périgord, it is also on the "La Standiberique" cycling route. The 25 m2 Studio is comfortable with equipped kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. It is accessible by direct access from the garage for bike and car.
