Nora is such a gracious host and her condo unit is remarkable and value for money! Even if she is overseas, Nora was very responsive in addressing our queries. She was also accommodating and reasonable with our requests. Her sister Sharon and niece Sabel gave us a warm welcome and were efficient with our move-in and move-out and addressed our concerns promptly. Nora's unit was perfect for our needs and her ad was accurately described. A very big plus for us was being located just a few minutes walk to the SM mall, having the pool just a few steps across the unit, having wifi, cable tv and a landline phone. The place was clean and well-maintained. Dining/cooking was a pleasure with the well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms and living room were comfy. Laundering was convenient with the big washing machine and drying area at the covered patio at the back. The condo compound was well-secured with guards roving frequently. Taxis can also be easily flagged just outside the main gate. We highly recommend Nora's unit! Hope we can have the chance again to stay at this lovely home away from home. Our host Sharon went out of her way to make our entire stay pleasant. She waited patiently with our late arrival in the day. When there was a brownout she even brought us an emergency flashlight. I was equally impressed with the unit itself. Everything appeared new and fresh and configured in an orderly manner. I slept very comfortably on the bed in the master bedroom. The location of the unit is ideal being next to the SM shopping complex. I highly recommend staying at this condo.

We rented the 2 rooms for 7 hours only (can accommodate up to 16 people). We needed a place to stay because our arrival in Davao was at 5:30AM. Ms. Ayessah is friendly and easy to deal with. She woke up early to wait for my call. Both rooms are clean and has a bathroom. The aircon in our room was not functioning well. We weren't able to sleep much because it was hot inside our room.

The condo unit was located so near my place of work since I went there on a business trip. It was comfy, homey and very convenient. All amenities in the condo you can use plus wifi is fast. The room is clean and fresh smelling. You may even cook if you want although we opt to eat out as both my companion and I were too tired at the end of the day 7 11, Mcdo and Jollibee are all walking distance anyways. The host brother was the one who met me upon check in and check out, he was very kind and nice and respectful. Thumbs up to this listing and I would definitely stay there again.

Florenda' 2nd home is the place where you need to stay when you visit Davao. You will diffinitely have everything you need for a comfy stay!!! We stay for 3 nights and 4days and it feels like it went so fast. She was very accommodating and very gracious with her time. She even invited us to Samal Island which was not that far from her place. Tita Florenda' and her husband even took us for a short tour, and that was super nice. I would highly recommend her place to you guys if your planning to visit Davao. You get more for what you pay for!!! I would diffinitely coming back when I get a chance! Davao is a beautiful city. The place is perfect for us. Ate Florenda is a perfect host. Our welcome food was sweet Davao pomelo and bread. She even went her way of giving us oats when she learned we have not yet taken our breakfast. Very considerate as she allowed us to have an early check-in and late check-out. I highly recommend her place in Davao. Very accessible.

Tita Flor is very accommodating. She really do want to meet us in person and accompanied us to the house. When we ask questions, she answers everything. Like on going to some tourist destinations, she gave all the details and even the fare. We feel like it is our own house. I don't know why but the ambiance is so gooooood. I recommend this to those who want to visit Davao. :D

Ma'am Flor and her husband picked us up from the Bus Stop, which is a BONUS, if I may say. My friends and I felt at home immediately after entering the house. We were delighted to see that aside from the ref and the kitchen stove and utensils, there were oats, coffee, choco drinks and snack items on the table, and gallons and gallons of drinking water. Toiletry items were also provided in excess of what we needed for our 3-day stay in the house. We all stayed in the air-conditioned room and used the other room for all our stuff. We also received a couple of friends in Davao who visited us during our stay and who said that the house was a very nice choice for the price. Wifi connection was very good. My only wish is that there should have been a hot shower. However, this is not much of an issue because there was a portable water heater, and the issue is overshadowed and compensated by the very warm welcome we received. I have already recommended the place to friends and relatives.

This is my first time to use Airbnb for a local trip in the Philippines and was definitely satisfied! Tita Florenda was very warm and accommodating. She even waited for us until the late hour of the night for our check-in because of delayed flights. She ensured that the things that we need are attended. If I will come back in Davao, will definitely come back to Tita Florenda's place.

I booked my parents at J&J and my parents were very delighted with their stay. The place was clean, fresh, and the hosts are very warm and hospitable. The location was perfectly accesible to the tourist attractions. They even toured my parents around Davao city and provided airport transfer. We had a great stay... The listings description is very accurate.. The place was really clean....highly recommended...

Sir Darwin is very responsive to my queries. We had a smooth transaction from booking to checkin and checkout. Everything that is described in the listing is accurate. The unit is fully equipped, especially the kitchen. We were pleased to have stayed here during Christmas since the place is perfect for relaxation and is near to SM City. One thing that was lacking though was the parking, so we had to pay additional fee to park our car overnight inside the complex. Overall, we had a great stay at the place. Will surely recommend this listing :)
