Simona was the perfect host. She wanted to make sure our stay was the best experience possible and offered lots of additional information via text during our stay. There was also plenty of additional information about the area in the property. The property was extremely clean, well presented and was even better than shown in the photographs. The area itself is worth exploring and Verona and Lake Garda are easily accessible. if you are travelling by car, there is ample parking by the property. If you are there on a Friday morning, we can recommend the fresh pasta stall outside the house on market day. We will be returning! Thank you very much Simona.

One of my greatest experiences in Italy. Don't hesitate booking. The apartment is great, super clean, spacious and with everything you may need. By the way, all details are carefully chosen with the best quality available. Extremely comfortable, quiet, complete and accessible. Ideal for those who want to go by car to Verona, Garda Lake, Venice and Mantua. Rivalta surprised me by all infrastructure and is a great city to explore, specially if you take one of the bikes available. Simona is super polite, attentive and will take care of everything you need for an outstanding stay.

Staying with Simona was really very interesting. We chose it quite by accident, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The house is very clean and equipped with all amenities. Simona is attentive to the stay of its guests and created a rich library with books and guides for permanence. It also offered us the opportunity to use their bikes to get to Mantova and take a leisurely ride along the lake. If I return to Mantua, and I would not doubt it would choose again!

All perfect. The location is really quiet all within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and with a beautiful view of the river Mincio. L 'apartment is equipped with every comfort, from the dishwasher to the scrubber. Simona and her husband were very kind, available for any information or need. I stress for nature lovers, the opportunity to make beautiful walks and bike rides. Absolutely recommended.

The apartment was great. It was very clean, all the basic things you might need is in there and I also appreciated the little details that mame the difference. Simona is an amazing host. We had no problem whatsoever. She was really nice since the beginning, until the last day. I think she's just a good human being and I'm glad I picked her apartment to stay in. B & B really comfortable in a charming village. As Anita says in the presentation, this corner of the province of Mantua is a true paradise on earth. Welcoming and special too Locanda delle Grazie, managed by the parents of Anita (very kind). I highly recommend a stop at the inn for lunch or dinner, the perfect place to sample the many specialties of the local cuisine (all very good, the parfait with chestnuts and cream khaki unforgettable!).

Everything matched the description provided, clean and comfortable rooms, great location! Photos are faithfully and in each room there was a bag they call survival :) with delicious local produce. Owners very friendly and welcoming!

We couldn't have asked for more from this delightful B&B in Grazie. It was the perfect distance to drive from Mantova and upon arrival, the lovely Anita was there to welcome us. She made us feel very much at home with her friendly chat, showing us to our beautiful room, complete with vintage chandelier amd four-poster bed, not to mention the delicious homemade treats! We didn't realise just how lucky we were until we had the pleasure of meeting her wonderful parents and visiting their fabulous restaurant, just a few steps from the accomodation. We chose this for our evening meal, which was some of the best food we have had since moving to Italy in September. So imagine our joy when we realised that our breakfast, included as part of the very reasonable fee, was to be served at the same venue: it was a breakfast fit for a king with all sorts of amazing homemade, traditional dishes. Our hosts were attentive, friendly and made us feel very special. Thank you all!

Very clean room, basic furniture. Beautiful location just steps from the beautiful Sanctuary of Grace. Anita and her parents are wonderful people, generous and very, very personable. Their every gesture projected to make our stay pleasant and relaxed. I highly recommend this solution to anyone who wants to visit Mantua starting from this fascinating place from the historical point of view (and culinary!)

Although Anita was not present was very easy to communicate with her, the room is lovely and attention to detail, situated between the beautiful square and the green of the Mincio Park, and season all the wonderful mother of Anita, Daniela, a woman delicious and very kind that took care of us and our appetite (do not miss a meal in his restaurant!) what to say, I hope to return in July with the Mincio in bloom! Great Place to come to rest. It's quiet and lovely, the people are very helpful and are always ready if you need anything. There was a nice place where you could sit outside and the neighbourhood is amazing if you like to hike.

We enjoyde our stay at the beatiful villa. Well equiped, tasteful, good quality beds, kitchen, very nice with airco. good location to take daytrips to Verona, Lago di Garda, Mantua and lot of beautiful villages around. a lot of prvacy, quiet, lovely place.

Wonderful apartment, beautifully decorated and more than enough space for the 5 of us who stayed. We were given all the information we needed and will look to stay again when we return to Mantova in the summer.

Beautiful, clean spacious place! We arrived early and they allowed us to check in which was very nice. Originally planned on staying here and exploring Lake Garda, however we decided to go to Verona and check out Mantova which were both great. we also spent a day in Venice. Centrally located for all of these places which is wonderful. My friends and I enjoyed staying here very much and would definitely come back in the future. Thank you so much!

The apartment is on the outskirts of Mantua in a very quiet place with easy parking. There is a supermarket nearby that is convenient for shopping. The air conditioning and screens on the windows are details appreciated. Overall it was a very pleasant and very recommendable accommodation. Unfortunately, the hostess was not there myself, but a neighbor took good care of us. She was reached to provide us with the key and was addressed during the week for us.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful city. Maria made us most welcome and helped us put with maps, dining options and general info. The city's ducal palace makes a great visit, but rug up in winter - it's chilly in there! Great local good, particularly the local cheese. Enjoy :)

The apartment is in a great location. There is a very close supermarket, a 5 minute drive away. Make sure with the hostess that the apartment is clean and has no insects or spiders !!! About the breakfast mentioned on the site, it is not obvious that you will receive it. Ask the host in advance if you need to order or it is included in the price (we were disappointed that we found out that breakfast is not included). The apartment is very hot (tile roof) and it would have been very pleasant if the air conditioners were turned on just before we arrived. It took half night to cool it down. Since we were in the apartment for 3 nights and with the instructions in the apartment we were told to turn off the air conditioners Every time we go out, When we left the apartment we asked the hostess to go beyond her request and let us keep the air conditioners on so that we would not have to wait again until the apartment was cold. She was very nice and agreed.

Gastone and was willing to give useful indications about our stay, very friendly and nice, very clean house and furnished with style approximately ten minutes from the center of Mantova.

A warm welcome with great hospitality. Besides own bedroom and bathroom, we could use the living and kitchen. Although we couldn't speak Gastones Language, we made pleasant contact with him. We have visited the city and the valley of the Mincio. Advise: use a car or rent a bicycle. Mantova is worth a visit!

Gaston is a very friendly and good company, welcomed us the time that we were going to get better myself and my boyfriend and he took care to explain the way to facilitate us the arrival! The house is very pretty and with a nice bedroom !!! Great place to stay for visitors to Mantova!

We had a very good stay in Italy. Alessia is very kind and friendly. She helped us to organize our days and pointed out some great places to visit. Thanks very much. The house was very nice and clean, we could also use the garden.

The house is beautiful and spacious set in the countryside but at a stone's throw away from Mantua and other remarkable destinations. A few steps from the house there is the river along which intercepts the bike lane Oglio. Ideal for families with children but also for those seeking peace and quiet but also culture and good food. Alessia gave us a warm and friendly welcome and was always available for questions and requests before and during the stay. We plan to go equipped with bicycles!

This is the most beautiful home with everything we could have needed. We were a family of 7, 4 adults and 3 children. The home was beautifully clean and very well equipped. Great location for day trips to Lake Garda, Borghetto, Verona and Mantova. Fantastic home for large groups. Easy to find. Alessia was the perfect host. We would love to come back again. The house of Alessia is exactly what it looks like: a friendly place in which to spend pleasant days in the company of friends. For us, we were a party of 14 with many children and young people, united above all by the desire to spend a lot of time together between cooking, music, chat and games has been perfect. We had a lovely stay at Buscoldo it's certainly off the beaten track but the amazing cemetery and Osteria 31 and Leonardos hospitality made it worth the trip. The bedrooms are lovely and the breakfast Leonardo provided by the pool was fabulous.

Attention announcement no relation to the actual housing. There is not a whole dwelling but a single room, tiny, like a small hotel. The room photos are misleading, the room "massage" is in the works with poor finishes and so on. All for a prohibitive price ... go your way and instead choose a host other than this one. ForLe same price, there are much better and Mantova, not 10km from the center.
