The annexe is part of our main house although completely self contained and therefore you may occasionally be aware of the normal sounds of family life

Easy access to woodland walking, and 1.5 miles from nearest village with pub, shops and mainline railway station. Nearby attractions include Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum, Swanage Steam Railway, Weymouth Beach, Corfe Castle (with inflatable water park), Studland Beach (fantastic National Trust sandy beach), Lulworth Cove and Lulworth Castle (for Bestival).

This picturesque cottage is located in the quiet, rural setting of Shitterton, in the village of Bere Regis, Dorset. We are within easy reach of Dorset's many attractions.

The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.
